Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has reportedly amassed a personal fortune of £10 million three months before he turns 18.

Financial reports published by his own company, run by his parents Alan and Marcia, reveal that Radcliffe earned £3.5 million in 2006 alone.

And the Sun newspaper reports that the 17-year-old, most recently seen earning rave reviews in the controversial West End play Equus, already has £5.5 million in the bank.

All this is in addition to Radcliffe's estimated £1 million property portfolio.

And the Sun adds that he almost will almost double his money by earning £8 million from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which is out on July 13th.

Radcliffe's mum and dad, a casting director and literary agent respectively, own all 1,000 shares in his Gilmore Jacobs company but insist the assets belong to their son.

The teenager's paydays are likely to get steadily bigger for the final two films in Jk Rowling's Harry Potter series, subtitled The Half-Blood Prince and The Deathly Hallows.
