Country singer Hank Williams Jr. makes a $5,000 (GBP2,500) bonus at every concert he performs, by charging fans to meet him backstage.
The star offers devotees who travel to see him on his current U.S. tour the chance to 'meet-and-greet' him, but only if they hand over $500 (GBP250) in advance.
And only those who adhere to a strict set of rules outlined by the singer will be allowed to join the group of ten lucky fans at each gig.
A message on fansite Hankjr.com, "Hank Williams Jr. will meet fans before his show. If you are late or not at the designated area to be escorted backstage, you will lose your meet + greet privilege and your money will NOT be refunded."
