Gwyneth Paltrow intends to buck the Hollywood trend and embrace her wrinkles, according to her latest interview with Harper's Bazaar. "I don't like the Botox thing," she says in the interview and goes on to say that she eats what she likes, though she often goes on a detox to cleanse her system and even sells a detoxifying cleanse on her website.

The People website has posted a preview of the interview today (February 1, 2012) that reveals the Shallow Hal actress likes "bread cheese and wine" and told the reporter "that makes my life fun and enjoyable." Paltrow is renowned for wearing revealing designer gowns on the red carpet and is open about the hard work that she puts into maintaining her figure. In the article, Paltrow also talks about her husband, (Coldplay singer Chris Martin) and her children, Apple and Moses.

The cookbook author will be appearing on cinema screens this year, in two major Hollywood productions. Firstly, she will appear in Thanks for Sharing, alongside Mark Ruffalo and Joely Richardson. The film follows the story of three individuals who take part in a treatment programme for sex addiction. She is also set to appear in a remake of The Avengers, with Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr and Chris Hemsworth. Paltrow plays the role of Pepper Potts in the film, which is scheduled for release in April this year.
