The 44-year-old mother-of-three started having the treatment after getting severe migraines while pregnant with her third son, Apollo, and has told all of her friends to try it.
A source told RadarOnline: ''Gwen started doing acupuncture to get rid of the severe migraine headaches that she gets during her pregnancies. All moms are doing it.''
''She loves it and shares it with all her mommy friends because of how much it has helped her on so many levels.''
Gwen also has sons Kingston, seven and five-year-old Zuma with husband Gavin Rossdale.
