British director Guy Ritchie's script adviser has been charged with possessing more than $200,000 (GBP100,000) worth of cocaine and cannabis.
Michael De'Hara, who worked with Ritchie on forthcoming gangster film RocknRolla, was arrested near his London home last month (Jul08).
He was allegedly carrying 35 ounces (1 kilogram) of cocaine on his person and police subsequently found 317 ounces (nine kilograms) of cannabis and $12,000 (GBP6,000) in cash after raiding his home.
He has been charged with possession of drugs and intent to supply.
De'Hara has been remanded in custody in Brixton, London prison and will appear in Southwark Crown Court in Britain's capital on 19 September (08).
A spokesman for Ritchie says, "Like everyone else, Guy was very surprised by the news."
