The classic GUNS N' ROSES line-up regrouped for a gig at West Hollywood club the Troubadour on Friday night (01Apr16).
Over 250 lucky fans, who were able to grab $10 (£7) tickets hours before the 'secret' concert, joined celebrities, friends and family members of the band for an April Fool's Day concert to remember at the 500-capacity venue, where Axl Rose and his bandmates first performed when they were starting out.
Among the star guests in the audience were actors Bradley Cooper, Kate Hudson, Jim Carrey, Emily Ratajkowksi, David Arquette, and Michelle Rodriguez, and R&B singer Chris Brown.
The intimate gig marked the first time Axl, guitarist Slash and bass player Duff MCKagan had performed together onstage since 1993.
Cameras and cell phones were banned from the concert, but some cunning fans still managed to sneak shots of the comeback gig, posting photos on social media.
The first of the snaps, posted during the show, featured once-warring former bandmates Axl and Slash together onstage.
They were joined by MCKagan, keyboard player Dizzy Reed, guitarist Richard Fortus and drummer Frank Ferrer.
Highlights from the hits-laced show included a rendition of Mr. Brownstone and Slash's first performance of Chinese Democracy - a song recorded after he left the band.
Now, Axl and company will be preparing for gigs in Las Vegas and Mexico City plus two headlining sets at the Coachella festival in California later this month (Apr16), before embarking on the 20-date Not in This Lifetime tour, which was announced on Friday (01Apr16) this summer (16).
