ABC's Good Morning America was hoping to win back viewers who switched to the Today show en masse during the Olympics by trumpeting its scheduled interview with Robert Pattinson -- his first since the tabloids splashed the news that he had broken up with actress Kristen Stewart for allegedly cheating on him. But on Monday it emerged that Jon Stewart had actually got first dibs on Pattinson and that the actor will appear on The Daily Show on Monday, two days before his appearance on GMA . The question remains, however, whether Pattinson, who is promoting his new movie Cosmopolis , will discuss the split on either show. The website GossipCop.com, which claims to be the first website "to police the gossip industry," observed on Monday that Pattinson has "never talked about his personal relationships before, and he's not going to start next week. Any reports to the contrary are conjecture -- and WRONG."
