Pop phenomenon Gnarls Barkley's CRAZY has become the first song to have a British number one solely based on download sales - forcing Ne-Yo's SO SICK into second position on the singles chart. According to music giants HMV, the newcomer duo's song has been downloaded more than 31,000 times since it's internet release last week (ends31MAR06); the single will be available in shops from today (03APR06). Former The Smiths frontman Morrissey is also celebrating as his latest solo release, YOU HAVE KILLED ME debuts in third position, while Embrace's NATURE'S LAW slips from second to fourth position, despite their new LP, THIS NEW DAY, topping the album charts. Orson's NO TOMORROW rounds off the top five. Meanwhile, Massive Attack's greatest hits compilation COLLECTED - THE BEST OF, debuts in second place in the album charts, while X FACTOR stars JOURNEY SOUTH's eponymous LP cements the show's success, coming in third.
