Singing legend Gloria Gaynor is set to open a "help centre" in the U.S - inspired by her hit I WILL SURVIVE. The 57-year-old star, whose song has become an anthem for troubled men and women across the world, is studying to become a counsellor with a view to opening her own practice in New Jersey to celebrate the song's 30th anniversary next year (08). She says, "I've had so many stories from so many people about how special that song has been to them. "I know there is pain out there and I want to do something." And Gaynor has clear ideas about what she wants the centre will achieve, adding, "I want it to be a place to come with the entire family. "It will be an outlet for fun and to learn how to have peace and harmony in every aspect of life."
