Glee star DOT-MARIE JONES spent years supervising juvenile delinquents at one of California's toughest lockdown facility before she became an actress.
The beloved TV coach admits she still has nightmares about some of the troubled kids she had to face on a daily basis.
She tells TV news show Entertainment Tonight, "We had an eight year old who killed someone. He said he found a gun in a field and he and his friend were playing with it and he put up to his friend's head and... boom.
"I had some terrible stuff happen there, like having to cut down a kid that hung himself."
