The former Spice Girl, who now uses her married name Geri Horner, will compete in the baking competition against fellow celebrities including former Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh and ex-Eternal singer Louise Redknapp.

The episodes will be broadcast in the U.K. early next year (16) as part of the annual Sport Relief drive, which raises money for good causes across the world.

Other famous faces set to feature on the show include singer Will Young, funnyman Ade Edmondson, actress Alison Steadman, and Prime Minister David Cameron's wife Samantha.

Comedian Jennifer Saunders will be a guest host for one of the episodes.

Sport Relief 2016 runs from 18 to 20 March (16).
