Singer George Michael has been charged with being "unfit to drive" after an incident in October.
The former Wham star was found to have passed out at the wheel of his Mercedes in north-west London and was arrested by police on suspicion of being unfit to drive and cautioned for possession of cannabis.
The police were alerted after concerned members of the public reported Michael's car causing an obstruction at traffic lights in Cricklewood.
Michael, who is most famous for his solo hit Faith, will appear at Brent magistrates court in London on January 11th.
The star had another bRush with the police in February when he was arrested and later cautioned for possession of class C drugs and in May the singer was reportedly found asleep at the wheel of his car in London.
2006 has also seen Michael return to the stage with a tour coinciding with the release of his new greatest hits collection, Twenty-Five, to celebrate 25 years in The Music industry.
The tour included nine sold out performances in London and broke the record attendance in Copenhagen's Parken arena.
