The TV producer filed to end her 31-year marriage to composer Michael Skloff in November (15), and now the former couple has signed off on a split agreement.

According to TMZ.com, Marta has agreed to hand over 25 per cent of her multi-million dollar residuals cheque from the Friends franchise to her ex, while she gets to keep her earnings from her other hit shows, including Grace and Frankie and Veronica's Closet.

Michael also receives a lucrative annual cheque for composing the popular Friends theme song, but he will keep the funds for himself.

Meanwhile, Marta, who shares three adult children with Michael, will take ownership of three of their four properties, including a beachfront mansion in Malibu, California, reports the publication.
