Franz Ferdinand singer Alex Kapranos has refused to take his shirt off while performing at the Coachella Festival.
During the band's set at the California-based event, a enthusiastic fan asked the star to show more flesh than he was willing to, the NME reported.
Speaking during the show, Kaparnos, said: "Someone on the crowd wants to see my nipples.
"There's not a lot going on there I'm afraid."
Despite deciding not to remove his shirt, the singer seemed to enjoy himself, noting that the festival's desert home is "beautiful".
As part of the band's 50-minute set, old favourites including DARK OF THE MATINEE were played, as well as the latest single NO YOU GIRLS.
Recently, Kapranos told Absolute Radio that the band had turned down an offer from a US fast food chain which would have seen one of their songs used to promote chilli enchiladas.
According to the singer, the idea "didn't seem right".
