Scottish rockers Franz Ferdinand are the latest celebrities to back a campaign demanding free healthcare in Africa. Other musicians supporting the Save the Children protest to abolish medical fees in the poverty-stricken continent include Live Aid legend Midge Ure, Snow Patrol and The Kooks. Franz Ferdinand frontman ALEX KAPRANOS says, "We take healthcare for granted. It's almost impossible to imagine not being able to see a doctor. It's horrific there are children in the world in this situation."
