Foxy Brown appeared in court yesterday (26SEP06) to hear two complaints filed by a former colleague dropped. RASHEEDA ELLIS withdrew the charges, including making terroristic threats, on condition the pair had no further contact and that Brown returns some unspecified items to Ellis. They also agreed not to discuss the case with press. The reluctant rapper - real name INGA MARCHAND - was ordered to remove her sunglasses and was refused a photography ban when she turned up at the Municipal Court in Jersey City, New Jersey. Last month (AUG06) she skipped a hearing on the charges and was ordered to attend yesterday. Ellis is a former consultant to Brown's management company but the hip-hop star's lawyer BRIAN J NEARY insists, "Foxy says she's never had a problem with this woman." Brown recently pleaded guilty to assaulting two nail salon workers in 2004.
