Flavor Flav's troubles have gone from bad to worse after he was hit with an eviction notice for his fast food joint in Michigan.
The rapper's Flavor Flav's Chicken & Ribs restaurant in Sterling Heights, Michigan has reportedly fallen behind with rent and the landlord who owns the building is demanding $25,000 (£16,129) in payments, late fees and damages, according to Tmz.com.
The case has gone to court and eviction papers have been served, but the hip-hop star is adamant he is working on a resolution, telling the website, "I'm gonna figure out what's going on and get to the bottom of this Asap!"
The news is the latest blow for the troubled Public Enemy icon, real name William Drayton, who is facing a trial in September (13) over an alleged attack on his girlfriend's teenage son last year (12).
He has pleaded not guilty to charges of felony assault with a weapon and child endangerment and faces up to 12 years behind bars if convicted.
Last year (12), the rapper also found himself in trouble with tax authorities over claims he owed around $1 million (£645,141).
