The superhero bandwagon is continuing to roll steadily onwards, adding GHOST RIDER and a new Fantastic Four film to its load.
But rumours of yet more costumed, super people movies are in the wings, most notably one regarding THE JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA, which Warner Bros. has reportedly commissioned a script for.
The classic comic book title covers DC Comics' clan of superheroes, including Superman, Batman, the Green Lantern, WONDER WOMAN, Aquaman and THE FLASH, who fight X-Men style as a unit.
And Warners has reportedly commissioned Kieran and Michele Mulroney to pen the huge project.
But the inception of such a film raises many questions notably crossovers with other films. For instance, would BRANDON ROUTH be asked to play SUPERMAN or will Christian Bale reprise his role as BATMAN for example?
The film could also help Warners get a foothold in the comic book movie market, which has so far been dominated by 20th Century Fox's X-MEN and FANTASTIC FOUR franchises, although fans are excited about the potential for a crossover movie the JUSTICE LEAGUE project allows.
