LATEST: Producers for troubled sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond have offered the stars of the show a cut of profits in a bid to bring harmony back to the set.

The show is in crisis now that star Brad Garrett's refused to appear on the set, after failing to get a pay rise.

Desperate bosses have offered all the stars a potential $5 million (GBP3.1 million) as part of a profit cut from re-runs.

They're hoping the new deal, and talk of a $6 million (GBP3.75 million), rise will bring Garrett back.

Writers have been forced to cut Garrett out of the first two episodes of the upcoming series, because he hasn't showed up for rehearsals and tapings.
