The Detroit rapper dresses as the self-proclaimed King Of Pop in his latest video, during which 'Jackson' jumps around on a bed with children, his nose falls off and his hair bursts into flames - which spoofs the THRILLER star's accident on the set of a PEPSI commercial in 1984.
Jackson is furious with Eminem's promo and is urging all television networks to ban it.
The singer's representative RAMONE BAIN says, "Michael Jackson is very angry. He feels that Eminem has crossed the line.
"Michael is calling upon all networks to pull the video.
"BOB JOHNSON (BET's founder and chairman) has agreed to pull it. And that's an important audience for his Eminem's material."
Eminem's lyrics include "Come here little kiddie, on my lap. Guess who's back with a brand new rap? And I don't mean rap, as in a case of child molestation".
In the light of Jackson's upcoming trial to fight child molestation charges, Bain believes Eminem has been "insensitive".
Bain continues, "Michael feels the video is disrespectful and offensive. It's one thing to spoof someone, it's another to be completely insensitive and disrespectful."
Bain insists there was no truth to the reports Jackson would sue Eminem over the video.12/10/2004 13:51
