The Avenger's star, who is also the younger sister of TV star twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, is no stranger to the movie world, but was overcome when she met her idol backstage at Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday night (21Mar16).

Elizabeth was on the show to plug her new movie about country music star Hank Williams, I Saw The Light, while Indiana Jones star Harrison was there to promote the Blu-Ray release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens in which he plays Han Solo.

After being teased by host Jimmy, the actress revealed that she "blew" her cool by stuttering backstage before coming on.

"I blew it," said the blonde beauty. "I went hi-hi, I'm Elizabeth, hi..."

After admitting that she was "shaking" Jimmy joked if it was a regular occurrence.

"No it doesn't happen," said the star, "If it happens it's with a chef or something that I saw on Top Chef. You know what I mean?"

The 27-year-old, who also goes by the name Lizzie, admitted that she used to give family members Harrison DVD movie box sets just so she could sneakily watch them.

"Well first off, just Star Wars, I've been a huge fan since I was five and Indiana Jones was everything to me," she said. "Every gift I gave to people in my house had something to do with box sets that I would open, watch in full and then give back to the person I am giving a gift to.

Elizabeth began acting when she was four years old and co-starred alongside her famous twin sisters in their popular '90s kids' TV shows The Adventures of Mary-Kate and Ashley and Full House.

While Mary-Kate and Ashley, 29, are now forging careers as fashion designers, Elizabeth's movie career is just taking off.

She is scheduled to reprise her role as the Scarlet Witch in the Marvel movie Captain America: Civil War, due out next month (29Apr16), and plays a singing role as Hank Williams' wife Audrey Mae Williams in the new biopic, due out later this year (06May16).
