The loved up couple are set to wed next year (17) after delaying their marriage plans to allow British diver Tom to compete in the Olympic Games in Rio next month (Aug16).
And now Tom, 22, reveals that he and the Milk scribe, 42, now have one eye on parenthood.
"Once I've finished with diving there are going to be other avenues I'd like to explore," he tells British newspaper The Sun. "Family has always been a massive thing to us. It's what we want."
The patter of tiny feet could be heard in the Daley and Black household sooner rather than later, as Tom believes his choice of profession gives him the chance to retire young and commit to other things.
"I've always said I'll keep diving as long as my body lets me," he explains. "But the beauty of being an athlete is you retire young and you've got your whole life ahead of you."
Despite being 20 years his fiance's junior Tom says he's the responsible one in the relationship, adding, "I'm the adult. I do all the cooking, organising and pay the bills. That's my end of the deal."
However after he has competed in Rio, Tom plans to share wedding planning duties with Lance, as they look to organise their dream nuptials.
"It's (the couples wedding) going to be next year," he says. "We haven't planned a thing yet. It's our post-Olympics project, something to look forward to. We haven't decided on a location but it will be as far away from a diving pool as possible."
