The former Saved by the Bell star was arrested on 25 May (16) and held in custody in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin after breaking the terms of his probation for charges relating to a bar brawl back in December, 2014.

The violation, which was not disclosed at the time, occurred almost six weeks after he was released from prison on 11 April (16), having served three months of a four-month sentence for carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct.

Records from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections have since been released, revealing Diamond was punished after a urine test, submitted on 25 May at his probation agent's office, tested positive for oxycodone.

The actor claimed he took the prescription drug for a toothache, but was jailed and released two days later.

Diamond previously opened up about his "scary" stint behind bars following his initial release in April (16).

"It’s pretty daunting, it’s pretty scary going into that environment," he told U.S. news show Extra. "I found that as long as you follow the rules and stay with the system, it works. You can get in and out unscathed."
