Pop hunk-turned-reality TV star Drew Lachey is set to show off his ballroom skills again - as the host of an upcoming dance marathon. New dad Lachey, who won the second season of US TV hit Dancing With Celebrities earlier this year (06), will put ballroom babes and beaus through their paces at the Wrigley's Extra Long Dance-a-Thon fundraiser at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York on the longest day of 2006 (21JUN). In the charity marathon, dancers will have to stay on their feet for nine hours - from noon until sundown. Those taking part will be ask to donate cash for American Ballroom Theater's Dancing Classrooms programme. Lachey is also offering to partner one lucky lady on the dancefloor. Hopefuls can bid for a dance with Drew on Internet auction site eBay. The winner will be flown to New York and will spend the Extra Long Dance-a-Thon as the former 98 DEGREES star's partner - and will lead off the event with the first dance. Dancing Classrooms founder PIERRE DULAINE, who was recently portrayed by Antonio Banderas in the movie TAKE THE LEAD, will also dance periodically throughout the afternoon and evening.
