Drew Barrymore celebrated the impending arrival of her second child at a star-studded baby shower.

The 39-year-old actress, who already has a 16-month-old daughter, Olive, with her husband, Will Kopelman, and is expecting another baby girl, enjoyed a huge bash in Los Angeles over the weekend with friends, including newly single actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

A source told PEOPLE.com: ''Drew had a blast. (She is) so ready for this baby.''

Other guests at the co-ed soiree included the 'Fifty First Dates' star's husband, Cameron Diaz and Reese Witherspoon, who took a girls' trip to Napa Valley, California with the pregnant actress last month.

'Iron Man 3' star Gwyneth, 41, was also on hand for the festivities despite keeping a low profile since announcing her split from Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 37, on March 25 after 10 years of marriage.

The insider revealed that Drew is expected to give birth in the next two weeks.

The 'Charlie's Angels' star recently revealed her second pregnancy has been much smoother.

She explained: ''It is easier because when you're first pregnant you're just terrified of every single thing that's happening, so this time you're busy, you're focusing on the kid, the time goes a little bit faster ... not a lot faster, but it helps.''
