The Fancy hitmaker has teamed up with bosses at the organisation's New York headquarters for their upcoming exhibit of contemporary works by black artists.

Drake will choose music to preview some of the art, and the tracks will play at listening stations set up throughout the showcase, which will feature pieces by Rashid Johnson and Jean-Michel Basquiat.

A representative for Sotheby's calls the rapper one of today's "foremost cultural tastemakers", and reveals that Drake is not being paid for his curating services.

The exhibit will begin on 28 April (15) and run until 12 June (15).
