Donald Trump is facing a lawsuit from a Greek shipping heir who was kicked off the tycoon's Florida golf course over allegations of bad behaviour.
Harry Theodoracopulos's membership of the Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach was suspended last April (09) via a letter from The Apprentice star alleging he had upset staff and fellow members.
Trump wrote in the letter, "You have been abusing numerous caddies, other members and representatives of the club in general," adding that there had been "intolerable behaviour toward guests and members on the driving range."
Theodoracopulos, who paid $200,000 (£125,000) for his membership, claims he was not notified of the suspension and did not have an opportunity to defend himself to the club's board, and is taking legal action.
But Trump has no intention of letting him tee-off on his course again, telling New York gossip column Page Six, "We don't want him back. He was very abusive."
