A man accused of stalking Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka has been deemed mentally unfit to stand trial.
John Enabnit was arrested in February (13) on suspicion of harassing the 31-year-old businesswoman, and he was taken back into custody a month later (Mar13) for allegedly violating the terms of a restraining order by sneaking into a golf tournament where she was making an appearance.
A New York City judge ordered him to undergo a mental evaluation, and on Wednesday (10Apr13), court-appointed doctors ruled Enabnit is unfit to continue with the legal proceedings.
Prosecutors have until 2 May (13) to review the psychiatric report and decide whether they will challenge the ruling, according to the New York Post.
Enabnit remains in custody at the Manhattan Detention Complex in lieu of $40,000 (£26,000) bail.
