CRANBERRIES singer Dolores O'Riordan wants to appeal against the verdict of her recent legal battle with former nanny JOY FAHY.

The 34-year-old faces a massive legal bill of around GBP378,000 (GBP210,000) after the judge awarded costs against her.

Fahy claims the LINGER star and husband DON BURTON kept her captive at a remote Canadian holiday home and threatened to confiscate her passport after she raised concerns about the welfare of their baby son TAYLER.

Fahy from Batterstown, Northern Ireland was awarded just $1,890 (GBP1,050) after the eight day hearing at the Dublin High Court.
