Counsel for former CRANBERRIES singer Dolores O'Riordan and her husband have denied accusations by their former nanny in the Irish High Court.
O'Riordan and DON BURTON's counsel told the court, which resumed yesterday morning (20APR04) after adjourning last month (30MAR04), that JOY FAHY - who worked for the couple briefly in 1997 and 1999 - had recalled events in a manner which was "incredibly unreliable".
Under cross examination counsel BILL SHIPSEY challenged Fahy's account of an incident when she claimed Burton was drunk and took his then 18-month-old son TAYLOR BURTON on a jet-ski while drinking a beer.
However, Fahy - who is claiming for breach of contract and false imprisonment - insisted she was telling the truth.
The case continues.21/04/2004 17:24
