Dolce And Gabbana get advice about their latest collections on twitter.
The Italian designer duo - made up of Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce - say they love getting feedback from fans and customers on their designs and how they can improve them.
Stefano said: "Sometimes people give me advice like yesterday a man said to me, 'I sell your sunglasses, men and women's sunglasses, and they are beautiful, but you need to make more funny, masculine styles. Why don't you make them?' I thought 'I don't know, let me think.' It's good advice. This for me is feedback."
Meanwhile, the duo also spoke of selling their collections on the internet as they want to give everyone the chance to buy their designs.
Domenico said: "It's a retail channel we are very interested in, because it gives everybody the chance to experiment with the Dolce & Gabbana world. You don't have to live in a big city - you just have to own a computer."
Sefano added to GQ.com: "Luxury is not a static concept, but it shapes and changes with society. Now somebody who might not have the time to come to one of our boutiques can shop online."
