The acts join an eclectic line-up, including Australian singer and artist Rolf Harris, hotly tipped star Ellie Goulding and electro hitmakers Hot Chip.
The event, which this year takes place from September 9 to 12, is widely seen as being one of the last big summer festivals in the UK and attracts a large crowd.
Dizzee Rascal has become a popular draw on the festival circuit, with Glastonbury organiser Emily Eavis previously claiming that she wants him at her Somerset event.
She said: "We gotta have Dizzee. I think that's a given."
Tickets for the festival are now on sale.
