Demi Moore is demanding spousal support and legal fees from her estranged husband Ashton Kutcher following the breakdown of their six-year marriage.

The Ghost beauty has been separated from Kutcher since November, 2011 and he took the first step towards divorce by filing papers in Los Angeles Superior Court in December (12).

The actress, who was previously married to Bruce Willis, finally responded with her own documents on Thursday (07Mar13), citing "irreconcilable differences" for the split, but she is preparing to fight for a share of Kutcher's fortune, which was boosted last year (12) by the reported $24 million (£15 million) he earned as Charlie Sheen's replacement on hit sitcom Two and a Half Men.

Kutcher had not asked for spousal support and did not ask a judge to deny Moore financial aid.

Kutcher, 35, has since moved on to romance his former That '70s Show co-star Mila Kunis, while 50-year-old Moore was recently linked to director Julian Schnabel's art collector son Vito.
