David Gest is throwing a charity party co-hosted by Kym Marsh to celebrate the opening of his adult pantomime 'A Nightmare On Lime Street'.
The former 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' campmate is holding a star-studded bash at Liverpool's Royal Court Theatre on December 9 to mark his theatrical debut in the ''zany comic horror caper''.
At the bash the 59-year-old concert promoter will hold a celebrity auction which will include memorabilia from the biggest names in pop, including Gest's long-time friend Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Whitney Houston.
Proceeds from the sale will go to Liverpool's Royal Court Trust, which is dedicated to raising money to maintain the iconic theatre.
Gest can't wait to start his 11-week run in the production - in which he plays a reimagining of Frankenstein's monster - because he loves pantomimes and wants to raise as much cash as possible for the theatre.
He said: ''I am really excited about the gala opening party and there are many surprise guests coming from the US to take part in the festivities. I love British culture and there's no greater British tradition than panto. I'm thrilled to be part of this special opening fundraiser for the Royal Court Theatre.''
Among the stars attending are singing sensation Rebecca Ferguson, football legend Alan Shearer, former 'I'm A Celebrity...' winner Phil Tufnell, 'Coronation Street' actress Shobna Gulati and Kerry Katona.
There will also be a special performance from TV illusionist Dynamo and music sets from Deniece Williams and The Stylistics singer Russell Thompkins, Jr.
Tickets for the opening night of 'A Nightmare On Lime Street' - which include include the after-party concert and gourmet dinner - are available from http://www.royalcourtliverpool.com/ or by calling 0870 787 1240.
