The music producer and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star split in December (15) after four years of marriage, and Yolanda requested spousal support when she filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, in January (16).

However, David doesn't want to make regular payments to his estranged wife, and has filed documents with a court trying to end its ability to award spousal support, according to People.com. He also doesn't want to receive any money from Yolanda.

"Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways," the couple announced in a statement back in December (15). "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."

Yolanda, mother of models Gigi and Bella, spoke out to praise David for his support in her battle against Lyme disease, which she was diagnosed with in 2012, after rumours emerged blaming her health struggle on the split. She told fans on her blog that David urged her to get more tests.

He also issued a statement, which read, "I have been by Yolanda's side over the past four years to the best of my ability as she battled with the complexities of her Lyme diagnosis... I am incredibly proud of Yolanda's determination and mission to find a cure, and how brave and open she has been by sharing her story in the hopes of changing the future for others."

The former couple, who wed in 2011, had both been married before. Yolanda, 52, has three kids, Gigi, Bella and Anwar, from her marriage to Mohammed Hadid, while Foster, 66, has been married four times.
