Illusionist David Blaine is looking glum halfway through his dangerous starvation stunt - but had his boredom temporarily lifted by some naughty streakers.

The intense American magician is currently encased in a Perspex box without food above the Thames in London's Tower Bridge for 44 days. And the normally impassive Blaine managed to crack a smile when he caught three naked men running past his box.

One of the streakers, called PIP, told British newspaper THE DAILY STAR, "We thought we'd liven it up with a bit of adrenaline."

Earlier, a drunken man fell into the Thames by Blaine's stunt after drinking brandy. He was later rescued.
