The Lonely Boy rocker is particularly proud of his "Zagat-rated lasagne", which he insists is as good as anything he has ever tasted.

"I make my own stock, make my own pasta, a great red sauce," he tells Rolling Stone.

Auerbach's cooking skills make life difficult for him when he's on the road - because he has to eat other people's food: "You never cook and you end up eating a lot of sub-par food."
