Corinne Bailey Rae has thanked her fans for their support after her husband was found dead last weekend.
Her manager Bob Miller posted a statement on her website claiming the singer and her family had been "touched by the huge amount of love and support that's flooded in from all over the world".
"Corinne is also very thankful for the privacy she is being given and the respect that has been paid to herself and Jason," the statement added.
The body of Jason Rae, 31, was found in a Leeds flat on March 22nd.
Police announced that a 32-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of supplying controlled drugs and later released on bail
At the inquest into Mr Rae's death earlier this week deputy assistant coroner Roger Chapman claimed that the pathologist's report concluded the cause of death to be a "suspected drugs overdose".
Bailey Rae met her husband while they were working at a jazz club in Leeds and they later married in 2001.
