The Chillin' It singer was performing at Dillinger's in Americus for his final show of the year (15), when he saw the young man, named Zachary, at the front of the crowd and invited him up onstage in the middle of his track Ain't Worth the Whiskey.

Swindell then pulled out his iPhone and began to FaceTime Lynch, who answered the call and was able to say hi to a stunned Zachary, who began jumping up and down in excitement at the surprise.

After ending the call, Swindell gave Zachary a big hug and told the audience, "That right there is why I do what I do."

"I never thought I'd make it this far, but getting a chance to do things like that are what make it worth it," he added, before finishing up his song.
