Veteran British star Sir Cliff Richard has ruled out retirement after unveiling plans to release his 100th album.

The 72-year-old Living Doll singer will hit the milestone in November (13) when he puts out The Fabulous Rock 'n' Roll Songbook - 54 years after his 1959 debut Cliff.

He says, "It's always exciting and inspiring to be in a recording studio and I think there is much more to come from me over the next few years - I'm definitely not ready to retire yet. I had so much fun making this album. Singing and performing rock 'n' roll is just so invigorating."

Richard's latest album was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee.
