Christina Hendricks is adamant that a leaked "nude" photo of her, currently circulating the internet, is fake. The 36-year-old's representative tells that the images of the actress apparently topless are not genuine, but confirmed that the Mad Men star did have her mobile phone hacked.
Hendricks does not know who compromised the phone, but her people have alerted the relevant authorities and a case has now been opened. The statement comes after a hacker claimed to have broken into Christina's cell phone and stolen the pictures, which were subsequently leaked online - showing the actress in various poses. Hendricks, who is currently promoting the fifth season of Mad Men, is the latest celebrity to fall victim to phone hacking. Back in November 2011, Christopher Chaney of Jacksonville, Florida, was arrested after a year-long operation investigating the hacking of email and cell-phone accounts, including those of Mila Kunis, Scarlett Johansson and Christina Aguilera. If convicted, Chaney faces up to 121 years in prison. Christina Hendricks rose to fame playing the seductive office manager Joan Holloway on Mad Men and has since appeared in numerous feature films, including 'Drive'.
