Pop beauty Christina Aguilera is being sued by celebrity photographer DAVID KEELER, who claims he was spat at and assaulted by the singer's minder.

Keeler filed suit in a Los Angeles court over the alleged incident outside a Hollywood nightclub at 2am on 21 May last year (03) and has named Aguilera, AD ENTERTAINMENT and THREE WISHES TOUR INC - which Keeler claims hired Warren - as defendants.

Keeler claims he photographed a dishevelled Aguilera who "appeared to be intoxicated and needed assistance walking to the car".

The paparazzo says as Aguilera's car spend off, Warren spat on him before punching him in the mouth and shouting "You need to learn respect".

After Warren allegedly left Keeler "dazed, in pain and bloodied", he apparently asked or hired another man to strike Keeler again, the suit claims.

Keller alleges Warren was encouraged to "harass, intimidate, assault and batter photographers taking what defendants deemed to be photographs unflattering to defendant Aguilera".

The defendants "instructed and encouraged Warren to utilise physical force, regardless of whether it was warranted, while acting in the course and scope of his employment".

Keeler is seeking unspecified damages and punitive damages.
