The Coldplay singer has taken up boxing in a bid to get fighting fit ahead of the band's next tour, and his workout regime will be handled by an expert recommended by superstar rapper Jay Z.
A source told the Sunday Mirror: ''Chris is a big fan of boxing and loves nothing better than working out with a punch bag.
''He doesn't want ridiculous biceps but he wants to build some definition in his skinny arms and improve his stamina.''
