Chris Brown is selling his West Hollywood penthouse following a number of arguments with neighbours since he moved in last year (11).
The star has listed his condominium for sale at $1.89 million (£1.21 million), almost $300,000 (£191,534) more than he paid for it last February (11).
Brown was embroiled in a dispute with residents in the apartment block after they alleged the Kiss Kiss hitmaker caused trouble by leaving his cars in disabled parking spaces, playing loud music, partying, and racing dogs up and down the hallways.
Brown hit back at the claims and took to his page to insist he was barely ever home and therefore unable to cause problems for other residents.
But the three-bedroom property, which boasts an open plan kitchen/diner and an office, has now been listed for sale with a Californian real estate agent.
