Chris Brown looks to complete a remarkable turnaround by performing at the Grammy Awards this weekend, the same awards ceremony that nearly ended his career in 2009 when he and then-girlfriend got involved in an argument which led to him hitting her before the event. Having been arrested for the incident, in August of that year Brown was sentenced to five years of probation, one year of domestic violence counselling and six months of community service whilst a restraining order forcing him to stay away from the 'S&M' star was lifted only a year ago.
Since then Brown has fought (not literally) his way back to the forefront of the US Rn'B scene with a series of mix tapes and albums which have managed to save a career many thought was at its end following the bad press that followed his and Rihanna's relationship fall out. Now, coming into the 2012 Grammys, Brown is up for three awards, including Best Rn'B album. He may come face to face with his old flame again too, with RiRi also performing at the ceremony and being up for a quartet of gongs herself, including the much sought after 'Album Of The Year.'
If the press were to be believed though Brown and Rihanna might already have had a rendezvous with UK newspaper The Sun reporting that the pair were speculated to have partied in West Hollywood together at the weekend.
