2012 has been an incredible year for Chet Faker. In March he played stand-out performances at SXSW, including a performance at the Filter Magazine Party, and was touted as a 'must see' act by The Austin Chronicle. On 23rd March his debut EP 'Thinking In Textures' was released on Chess Club Records to widespread acclaim, while his cover of Blackstreet's 'No Diggity' has received warm radio support from the likes of Zane Lowe, Lauren Laverne, and Gilles Peterson.
Chet will touch down in the UK for a string of dates in May, playing the BBC Introducing showcase at The Social and YoYo at Notting Hill Arts Club, as well as a series of performances at The Great Escape Festival, including the Chess Club & Neon Gold and Sounds Australia showcases.
