The Girls Aloud singer was spotted viewing the six bedroom, four bathroom 6,000 sq ft luxury home overlooking Beverly Hills "in the dark of the night" with her assistant and a real estate agent, according to MailOnline.
The three-storey home features several balconies which will allow the 'Promise This' singer to enjoy the stunning views of the city, a swimming pool, a large games room and multiple dining areas.
It is thought Cheryl is planning to trade up after splashing out on a $3.5 million luxury apartment in Beverly Hills in March.
The property, which is part of the 42-storey Century building, has four acres of private gardens, boasts an in-built cinema, private 74ft pool, wine cellar and is protected by 24-hour security.
The palatial building overlooks the infamous Avenue of the Stars in one of the most prestigious addresses in Hollywood was originally part of a Five Star hotel.
A local estate agent said: "Cheryl has great taste. She is moving into the most prestigious address in the whole of Los Angeles."
