Art gallery researCher Gerry Stergiopoulos and charity worker Seany O'Kane entered the fray after Emily Parr was kicked out from the house for using racist language.

Entering the house separately, both Gerry and Seany milked the crowd's applause on Friday night's edition of the Channel 4 reality show.

Becoming only the second and third male housemates, they were greeted with shrieking and hyena-esque squabbling upon arrival, with Seany managing "I'm Seany", before being set upon by.

Gerry meanwhile observed: "Lots of women! Beautiful women!"

Until last night, former boyband member Ziggy had been the only male contestant.

In an eviction twist, Gerry and Sean and two other housemates of their choosing will be the only people able to nominate next week.

Emily has since apologised for her racist remarks in an appearance on Big Brother's Little Brother, insisting she is not a racist.

Channel 4 took the decision to evict Emily after the international row that broke out when Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty was subjected to alleged racist abuse during the celebrity version of the show earlier this year.
