Charlize Theron carried her newly adopted son Jackson through Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris on Tuesday (May 8, 2012) - one of the first times she been seen in public with the baby-boy, reports People magazine.
The reason for their trip remains unknown, but Theron was spotted out and about running errands (which included a stop at the post office for passport photos of herself and Jackson) last week. Since adopting the baby-boy in March, the Oscar-winning actress had managed to keep her son out of the spotlight, though she happily carried him through the busy airport terminal this week. The actress sported a blue knit sweater, jeans and sunglasses, while Jackson donned a grey knitted sweater. During an interview in the May issue of Vogue, Theron called him "the coolest kid ever", adding, "I've always been very honest in saying I wanted a family.I've always known I wanted a family. I don't think my mom could wait anymore!" It is understood that Theron is not currently in a relationship and is raising Jackson as a single mother.
She stars in Ridley Scott's hugely anticipated action-horror movie 'Prometheus', about a team of explorers who discover a clue to the origins of mankind in Earth. The film also stars Michael Fassbender and Noomi Rapace and hits cinemas on June 1, 2012.
