Charlie Sheen has a few words of advice for women upset with the amount of weight they put on during pregnancy - eat less.

The Hollywood actor, whose wife Denise Richards is set to give birth to their second child together in June (05), supports his spouse's vow not to over-indulge during pregnancy.

He says, "She doesn't use it as an excuse to suddenly eat for two. People seem to forget that the second person they are eating for is only like four ounces large."

But the stars are still prepared for any unexpected cravings.

Sheen adds, "There are pickles and HAAGEN-DAZS in the refrigerator, though I don't believe they've been consumed simultaneously."
